It feels like a Wednesday. This morning I nearly took the bins out too. We had someone over to hopefully join our team this morning. So my post is a little light today.

Some people have problems with their name in today’s information age. The BBC reports: “These unlucky people have names that break computers“.

If you could make $1.4 million in about 15 minutes, what would you do? “TSA paid $1.4 million for Randomizer app that chooses left or right” It would seriously take less than 15 minutes to make an app like that.

I am still not sure if this is an April Fool’s joke or not. Let’s assume it’s not.

So this is quite cool; “Genetic circuit design automation“. A programming language for living cells, they call it cello.

No. 5

Today I’ll be closing off with one of those click-baity titles; “Scientists Solve 350-Year-Old Pendulum Clock Mystery“. Basically a team of scientist confirm what a Dutch guy had been saying a couple of hundred years ago.
